Transformed Worldwide Ministries' purpose is to come alongside women (and the ones they love) to provide teaching and assistance to them as they seek to apply Biblical truth from the Word of God. Our ministry goes beyond just sharing Biblical principles; we give practical direction in how to apply those principles in one's daily walk. Our mandate to expound, exhort, and empower in this way is taken from Scripture:
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2 NKJV)
"…I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me." (Acts 26:17-18 NIV)
Teaching takes many forms within TWM: (1) women's Bible studies, retreats, seminars, workshops, luncheons, and other types of speaking engagements; (2) couples' marriage workshops and seminars, (3) seminars on having healthy relationships with others, (4) as well as audio lessons, printed lesson material and lessons on CDs (see "Store" and "Grow").
Along with practical teaching, as a part of our outreach, we have provided practical needs for women when possible. We have worked in the local prison and community, gone to the mission field, provided clothing and furniture, provided assistance to needy moms, etc.
TWM has an impact for the Kingdom of God by addressing true needs of women. Our staff has a passion for seeing individuals set free from the bondages placed on them by the enemy. We have begun in our "Jerusalem" - Chester County and will extend to the uttermost parts of the earth (see Acts 1:8). In reaching women, we reach the ones they love.
We realize that transformation is the work of the Holy Spirit and not of ourselves. We are instruments in Jesus' hands. The verse in 2 Corinthians 3:5 NKJV states, "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God."
