We have designed it to give you all the information you will need. We suggest that you make a copy for your files before mailing it to us.
3. Include a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to hold your date. It would be beneficial if you would include any further information and directions to your location with the form.
4. Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will proceed to work closely with you in whatever way we can to assure that all arrangements are God-honoring.
